Online Returns & Refunds Policy


All products purchased on Jaccessories  may be returned within the following time frame:

  • within 28 days after the day on which the product(s) come into your physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you), inform us of your intention to return the product(s)
  • within 14 days of informing us that you intend to return a product, physically return the product

Pierced earrings are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed.

If the products have deteriorated due to extensive use, we reserve the right to refuse refund of this.

Make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible. Each order you would like to return must be packed separately, for a fast and smooth return processing.

How to Return

Returning your products with us is so easy.

Fill the form you received along with your order and include it in the parcel you intend to return. It is important that you state the reason for returning each item you send back to us. You can do so by writing the number corresponding to your return reason next to the product you intend to return.

Pack your products. Pack your item(s) in the original packaging when possible. Make sure the parcel is safely sealed. All we ask is that you return your purchase together with your order summary via a secure and insured service (at your expense).


If you withdraw from your order as per the instructions here, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery and eventual administration fees, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the returned products. Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a refund e-mail notification. Your refund will be paid back to the same card/account that was used to place the order.

Receive the refund. Once your returned products have been checked and inspected by our team, you will receive a return e-mail notification. The refund for the returned items will be received via the same means you used to make your purchase. Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement, after you have received your return confirmation e-mail.

We currently do not have an exchange service.

You can return any product that you are not fully satisfied with.

As soon as your returned parcel reaches our warehouse, an e-mail notification will be triggered and your refund will be issued.

If you would like another product, colour or size, please place a new order.


If you want to cancel your order please contact us on  Any cancellations made during working hours, before your item has been dispatched, will be accepted. If your item has already been dispatched we will be unable to make any amendments to the item.

Successful cancellations with be refunded within 8-10 working days.

Please note: In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

  6. First, read our online refund policy to ensure that the product you have can be returned and that you have not missed any deadlines.
  7. Complete the returns information on the despatch note and make sure to include it in your parcel before repacking.
  8. Repack your parcel.

  10. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

  12. Ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the post office in case your parcel is lost in transit.
Taxes / Duties / Lost in Transit

If you return your purchase to us from outside the UK, that this will be at your own risk. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxed incurred to return your purchase.

When will I be refunded?

Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
