We aim to deliver parcels within the time frames specified on our site. If international orders do not arrive within these time frames, they may be experiencing delays with customs or the couriers in your countries.

If your order has not been received within 20 days from the date of dispatch please contact our customer services department and we will be happy to investigate.

The above-mentioned delivery time estimation is after the parcel has left our warehouse. When your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email to confirm this.

Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on official UK holidays, will be processed  the next working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this time frame we will inform you, whenever possible.

We cannot change your order (product, size, colour or address) once it has been placed.

Damages

Every order that we send from our warehouse is carefully inspected.

In case you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team by email at hello@jaccessories.co.uk

It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however:

  1. If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it.
  2. If the carton looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance, please contact us immediately.

When you contact our Customer Service Team, please have your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number at hand.

We will do our best to refund your purchase amount as soon as we receive your returned order, including all original packaging.

Which countries do we deliver to?

Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

We also deliver to over 100 countries worldwide and currently offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates and the following countries within Europe:

 Will I be charged customs and import duties?

Depending on the value of your order, your Jacccessories parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged customs and import duty it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

These charges are not levied by Jaccessories , and vary widely from country to country, so, unfortunately, we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be.

For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
